What lands in Notion

Each episode becomes a page in the database you choose. This one is built from a real episode, the way Podwise can send it.

Set it up once

Connect your workspace, then send episodes as you go.

    Connect Notion

    In Podwise, open Settings › Connections and connect your Notion account.

    Choose a database

    Pick the Notion database the pages should go to, and keep Podwise's access to it.

    Export an episode

    On any processed episode, open Export and choose Notion. Add the mind map, transcript or show notes if you like.

    Let it run

    Use Process & Export to send the page when processing finishes, even if you close the tab. Track it under Export Tasks.

Notion questions

Does Podwise sync to Notion automatically?

Each export creates a page. Process & Export sends it as soon as processing finishes, so new episodes reach Notion without another click.

My exports to Notion stopped. What now?

Reconnect Notion under Settings › Connections, then check that Podwise still has access to the target database.

Which plans include the Notion export?

Exports need a subscription. Standard and Pro both include Save to Notion, Readwise, Obsidian and Logseq.

Can I export in another language?

Yes. Translate the episode into one of 13 languages, then export the translation on its own or with the original.
