API: Send Clip to Readwise

Send one ready Clip to the authenticated user's connected Readwise Reader account.

Status	Error	Description
400	--	Invalid Clip ID.
400	`not_connected`	Readwise is not connected.
402	--	Open API or export features are not available for the current plan.
404	`not_found`	Clip does not exist or is not owned by the authenticated user.
404	`not_ready`	Clip is not ready to export.
502	`readwise_error`	Unexpected Readwise API error.
